As the support and acceptance of undetectable=untransmittable (U=U) continues to grow, what do you anticipate to be the biggest challenges or obstacles that will be faced in the community you serve?

Lailani's Answer

It is very unfortunate that when U=U was released, it was vague and not much information was provided. This caused people to feel unsettled and once the proper information was released it appeared as if it was done as a cover up. Unfortunately as much as I may believe in the U=U mission and its results, I feel that the underserved communities who could benefit the most were scared away and the Cis population is still not completely educated about it. It was unfortunate to hear a Cis medical provider tell me that it was not created for the Cis heterosexual population.
