It’s very important to me to quit smoking cigarettes. I’m trying to live better than I was because I do not want to get sicker. I need to have my lungs working well for my mind and body. I’m waking up from a whole lot of misconceptions I had about life. I still smoke maybe a cigarette or two a day, but I’m in the process of ending my relationship with cigarettes. I’ve noticed my asthma not not being as bad as it used to now that I am not smoking as much, and also I feel great. We may not like it but smoking does bring down our chances to stay healthy. I’m awake paying lots of attention to my body and what it needs to remain healthy.
